Tipperary Innovation ENGINE is a digital hub, providing private and co-working office spaces, hot-desks, training and meeting rooms in Tipperary town. Part of the ENGINE network, whose mission is to make Ireland's Midwest the first-choice location for living, working and investing, we have created a space for you to work and collaborate while we look after everything else.
About Us
Tipperary Innovation ENGINE is a company limited by guarantee. We are a social enterprise closely linked with Tipperary County Council, Tipperary Education and Training Board and are part of the ENGINE hub network. We want to ensure that Tipperary town has the best facilities available to support remote workers and businesses.
Tipperary Innovation ENGINE was previously known as Tipperary Technology Park and was purpose-built in 2002 to provide serviced office space to new and existing businesses in the town. Complete with canteen, training and meeting rooms, the entire building is wheelchair accessible and enjoys excellent broadband speeds of up to 100 Mbps.

Office Space
Private offices ranging from small / 1-person to 400 sq. ft. multi-desk spaces. Open plan co-working space, with high-speed broadband throughout. All of our offices and facilities are ground-floor and fully accessible.
Meeting Rooms
Boardroom and training room with video conferencing facilities. Refreshments and catering available. Ground-floor, fully accessible.
Hot Desks
Dedicated hot-desk space with 6 ergonomic desks, secure lockers and a privacy booth, with high speed broadband. Ground-floor, fully accessible, exit and toilets within 5 metres.
Car Parking
Ample free parking on-site with wheelchair bays and easy access to the building.
Support
Manager, reception and maintenance staff on-site during office hours.
Canteen
Free tea & coffee, use of cutlery and crockery, kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave. Ground-floor, fully accessible.

Hot Desks & Office Space
From €20 per day
Book a hot desk in our shared space, or your own private office (suitable for 1 person). Daily and weekly rates available.
It is not possible to book more than 1 slot in a day. If you need to book more than 1 slot in a day, book 1 slot and contact us with your details. We will then adjust on the back office. You can pay balance when you arrive.
